Within the framework of the performance management and program budget work carried out within the scope of the activity A.1.1.8. “Development of Performance Management System in Metropolitan and Metropolitan District Municipalities”, a field visit was conducted to Ordu Metropolitan Municipality, which is a pilot municipality. Representatives of the UNDP Project Team and Ordu Metropolitan Municipality participated in the meeting, which was held on 3-4 February 2022, along with the representatives of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change. In the meeting held within the scope of the transition to the program budget in local authorities and the preparation of the legislation regarding this transition, after the general assessment of the progress in the project, practice training on performance management and program budget work, workshops of environment and climate change programs, culture and arts programs, urbanism and disaster programs, tourism development programs were held.
