Within the scope of the activity A.1.1.9. “Develop recommendations for the development of a legislation on the functioning of municipality-led enterprises in line with EU Member States experiences”, a pilot visit was conducted to Kütahya Municipality and Kütahya Special Pronvical Administration on 10-11 February 2022. With the participation of Kütahya Municipality and Kütahya Special Provincial Administration senior management, management responsible for enterprises and company executives, the proposed legislative changes and the implementation guideline were discussed and opinions were received in order to improve the legislative framework regulating municipal/provincial special administration enterprises and budgetary operations in local administrations and to work on the preparation of an implementation guideline. The mayor, Prof. Dr. Alim Işık also participated in the meeting. Legislative Recommendations Report will be developed and an Implementation Guide will be prepared with the studies to be carried out with the pilot institutions.
