Within the framework of the performance management and program budget work carried out within the scope of the activity A.1.1.8. “Development of Performance Management System in Metropolitan and Metropolitan District Municipalities”, a field visit was made to Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality, which is a pilot municipality. Representatives of the UNDP Project Team and Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality participated in the meetings held on 10-11 January 2022, together with the representatives of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change. The assessment of the progress of the project, performance management and balanced scorecards: Problems and solution suggestions and afterwards, workshops were held in the meeting. Within the scope of the training activities, Program Budget Practice Training, Workshops of Transportation Programs, Environment and Climate Change Programs, Fight Against Poverty and Social Assistance Programs, Soil and Water Resources, Drinking Water and Wastewater Service Programs meetings were held. The last meeting of the visit was held with the agenda of reviewing the results and determining the next steps.
