Within the framework of the performance management and program budget work carried out within the scope of the activity A.1.1.8. “Development of Performance Management System in Metropolitan and Metropolitan District Municipalities”, an evaluation meeting was held at the Presidency of Strategy and Budget. In addition to the representatives of the Presidency of Strategy and Budget, representatives of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and the UNDP Project Team participated in the meeting held on 11 March 2022. In the meeting held within the scope of the transition to the program budget in local administrations and the preparation of legislation regarding this transition, the views and evaluations of the parties on performance management and program budget work were received.
