In order to evaluate the local implementation of the standards developed within the scope of the activity A.2.2.1 “Develop and Implement Local Service Delivery Standards in order to Simplify the Processes for Service Provision” and to improve compliance with these standards in metropolitan municipalities, a field visit was conducted to Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality in the field of public health in public transportation services on 17-18 February 2022. Compliance with the standards in the field of planning, coordination and implementation in the area of public health in public transportation services and training, awareness, awareness-raising, as well as the compliance with the standards in the field of auditing, monitoring and review were aimed through group work in the meeting attended by the representatives of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, the Turkish Standards Institution (TSI) and the UNDP Project Team. The pilot studies in Eskişehir are expected to be completed with the second field visit to be held later.
