The Workshop on Determination of Service Standards in the Scope of “A.2.2.1. Development and Implementation of Local Service Delivery Standards” was organized on 18 February 2020 with the participation of representatives including at least one participant from senior managerial level (Secretary General and/or Deputy Secretary General) from various service units (social services, early childhood and female-family services, health services, transportation services, zoning and urbanization services, environmental services, park, garden and recreation services, culture services, agricultural services, fire services, police services, etc.) of 10 MMs (Ankara, Denizli, Tekirdağ, Ordu, Muğla, Kahramanmaraş, Konya, Kocaeli, Van, Elazığ).
