In order to evaluate the local implementation of the standards developed within the scope of the activity A.2.2.1 “Develop and Implement Local Service Delivery Standards in order to Simplify the Processes for Service Provision” and to improve compliance with these standards in metropolitan municipalities, a meeting was held in Ankara Metropolitan Municipality in the field of public health services on 21&23 February 2022 with the participation of the representatives of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, the Turkish Standards Institution (TSI) and the UNDP Project Team. Compliance with the standards in the field of planning, coordination and implementation in the area of public health services and training, awareness, awareness-raising, as well as the compliance with the standards in the field of auditing, monitoring and review were aimed through group works. The pilot studies in Ankara Metropolitan Municipality are expected to be completed with the second meeting to be held later.
