Within the framework of the performance management and program budget work carried out within the scope of the activity A.1.1.8. “Development of Performance Management System in Metropolitan and Metropolitan District Municipalities”, a field visit was conducted to Konya Metropolitan Municipality which is the pilot municipality. Representatives of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and Konya Metropolitan Municipality, as well as UNDP Project Team participated in the meeting held on 22-23 February 2022. In the meeting held within the scope of the transition to program budget in local administrations and the preparation of legislation regarding this transition, after the general assessment of the progress in the project, practice training on performance management and program budget work and workshops on fight against poverty, social assistance, youth and sports programs, environment and climate change programs, agriculture, forestry and rural development programs were held.
