Within the scope of the activity A.1.1.9. “Develop recommendations for the development of a legislation on the functioning of municipality-led enterprises in line with EU Member States experiences”, a pilot visit was conducted to Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality on 3-4 March 2022. With the participation of Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality senior management, management responsible for enterprises and company executives, the proposed legislative changes and the implementation guideline were discussed and opinions were received in order to improve the legislative framework regulating municipal/provincial special administration enterprises and budgetary operations in local administrations and to work on the preparation of an implementation guideline. Secretary General, Ayşe Ünlüce and Deputy Secretary General, Deniz Kaplan participated in the meeting. Legislative Recommendations Report will be developed and an Implementation Guideline will be prepared with the studies to be carried out with the pilot institutions.
