Ceren Özkan

Ceren Özkan works as Project Assistant of LAR III Project under Inclusive and Democratic Governance Portfolio in UNDP Turkey. She has 6 years of work experience gained both in public and private sectors. During her experience at Agriculture and Rural Development Support Institution (ARDSI), she defined the Institution’s yearly publicity action plans, chose best IPARD practices for the EU Delegation and the European Commission, acted as the editorial coordinator of the quarterly magazine of ARDSI. She was also involved in the procurement processes as well as the preparation of visual and published materials. Prior to that experience, she worked at Ernst&Young İstanbul Office as a tax/transfer pricing senior. She was involved in a variety of engagements mainly in Transfer Pricing and Advance Pricing Agreement projects, performed tax compliance reviews at the field, researched international and domestic tax matters in a range of different industries. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in International Relations at Gazi University. She then pursued her master’s degree in International Business and Management at the University of Westminster in London with the thesis on “The Impact of Cash Flow Management on Overcoming the Financial Crisis: The case of Turkey”. She has a very good command of Spanish and speaks English at advanced level.
